SOLON inj.

Prednisolone is a synthetic highly active glucocorticoids with pronounced anti-inflamatory, antiphlogistic and anti-allergic actions. Prednisolone is approximately 3~5 times more active than that of cortisone and hydrocortisone. It has approximately 5~10 times stronger antiinflammatory activity of cortisone and hydrocortisone.

Each 1ml contains

– Solone inj is indicated for the treatment of ketosis, acetonemia and as a anti-inflammatory agent
– Supportive therapy in pseudo-ketosis, mastitis, metritis, traumatic gastitis and pyelonephritis,
inflammatory conditions, snake bite, shipping fever, pneumonia, bronchitis, allergy, dermatitis, trauma,
laminitis, retained placenta, fatigue, heat exhaustion and other disease known to be responsive to
anti-inflammatory corticoids.

Inject the following dosage once a day subcutaneously or intramuscularly
(according to symptoms, reinject half or the same dosage)
1) Large animal (Cattle, Horse) : 10ml
2) Medium animal (Pig) : 5ml
3) Small animal (Dog, Cat) : 0.2~1ml
